Mountains ADAPT Project meeting with Azerbaijani participants
On 22 November the members of Azerbaijan's government and civil society institutions and organisations participated in the online consultations within the Mountains ADAPT project.
The representatives of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and Caucasus Network for Sustainable Development of Mountain Regions (Sustainable Caucasus) introduced the Project and gathered feedback on the possibilities of further cooperation with the participants from Azerbaijan.
The Mountains ADAPT project aims to drive local-level action for climate change adaptation in mountainous areas through a small grants funding scheme for the South Caucasus and East African Community partner states.
